The June Rosemary Project tackles the epidemic of elder isolation through our innovative
Community Connector Program. We don’t just provide services – we build sustainable networks that transform how older adults connect with their community.

12 Weeks of Advocacy & Casework
Our advocates work intensively with participants over 60 to address housing challenges, connect with essential services, and navigate systems. We focus on practical outcomes: stable housing, improved healthcare access, and financial security.
12 Weeks of Counselling
We provide therapeutic support targeting the emotional and psychological impacts of isolation. Our qualified counsellors help participants rebuild confidence, develop coping strategies, and prepare for active community engagement.
A Holistic Approach to Wellbeing
Lasting change requires addressing multiple factors simultaneously. Our participants benefit from integrated support that combines professional intervention with peer connection, creating sustainable foundations for independent, connected living.

The June Rosemary Project doesn’t end when the 12 weeks are up. We provide ongoing support to ensure that the progress you’ve made is sustainable and continues to grow over time.
Monthly Online Support Meetings
Our workshops don’t end at 12 weeks. Participants join ongoing monthly gatherings where friendships deepen, new members are welcomed, and community leadership develops. These sessions maintain momentum and prevent isolation from returning.
June Rosemary Project Membership
Membership unlocks continued access to our full support network: priority workshop bookings, peer mentoring opportunities, access to community connectors, and leadership roles in expanding our program to help others.
Community Connector Network

How to get support
Getting support from the June Rosemary Project is straightforward. You can self-refer by completing our online form, or be referred by family, healthcare providers, or community organisations. Our intake process is designed to understand your unique situation and match you with the most appropriate combination of our services – from workshops to one-on-one advocacy support.
What to Expect
Once your referral is accepted, you’ll be allocated a dedicated advocate who will work with you to develop a personalized support plan. We’ll identify immediate needs, connect you with relevant workshops or community connectors, and ensure you have a clear pathway to both practical support and social connection that lasts well beyond our formal program.
